  So I don't know if it was the doctor I just spoke to or someone who works the front desk or what, but I called because I have a bill from them that I received a while ago but just saw. The only information on it was about a website that is no longer in operation, so I called to find out if there was any more information like an alternative site or an email. I need to dispute whatever the bill is for, because it says there's no insurance on file when I know I provided insurance information at the time of my visit. The man who picked up the phone said that I couldn't read because everything I needed to know was on the page, hung up on me when I said it wasn't and was trying to explain the bill was a few months old, and when I called back to explain that the site was defunct, he started to lose his temper, raised his voice, and insulted me. What a piece of garbage, get out of healthcare.

  Be careful with this place. When you call, they tell you they can see you, but then you end up getting a bill because they are not actually in your insurance network—so definitely check with your insurance provider first. Long story short: they didn’t treat my son at all, they made us waste valuable time when he needed care, and they still charged us almost 600 dollars for a visit that lasted about three minutes. Two years later, even though everything was already paid, they keep sending us bills, and despite the emails I’ve sent, nothing has been resolved. What makes it worse is that I had called ahead, explained my son’s symptoms, and they still told me to come in, only for the doctor to say he couldn’t treat him and to take him to the emergency room instead. They should have told us from the beginning that they couldn’t help.

  Online portal allows for making appointments, but hours on the door say they don't open until 2pm.

  Emily and Javier did an amazing job helping me check in, fill out forms and making sure I got through my long list of required testing. To make my visit even more efficient they optimized my procedures so that when they had finished with another client they would finish my fit test or blood work or eye test in-between. I cannot thank them enough for making my experience enjoyable, stress free and productive!
