- JMJohn MolinaNov 7, 20251.0Had not been in at this Plaza Bonita location since early this year. I went in looking for a particular protein bar. The section was a little depleted. I wasn't greeted and Consultant Derek had no customers. He did, however, have his girlfriend, BEHIND the counter which I'm sure, not being an employee, the company would frown upon. I asked him about a particular bar and he said he hadn't seen it. So I went back to the section for a second look--and voila--there it was! So much for customer service! But I guess that's what you can expect when the employee is distracted with friends visiting him.
