  From scheduling the apt to the actual appointment we couldn’t be happier staff is efficient! Kind and friendly we had to reschedule and never once did we feel like it was a burden doctor was 100% friendly with my 7 year old and made the process fairly simple

  I absolutely love going to Dr. Nelson’s but I hate going to the dentist. However, he makes you feel comfortable & explains the entire process. Very welcoming environment. Pleasant staff.

  Dr Nelson and his team are absolutely professional, kind, listening and accommodating. It was a pleasant experience to be seen by Dr Nelson. He had also taken care of my daughter and her experience has also been great. I recommend him with no hesitation.

  Dr. Nelson was amazing! Took good care of my 5 yr old. Was honest, nice and did a great job. I will always recommend him over anyone else here in Napa. It takes someone special to have people skills. AND his prices are better than anyone else in town! Sandra.
