StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Napa offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

Despite paying $259 for a 4 stretch package, my experience was marred by frequent scheduling conflicts and significant communication breakdowns. Despite assurances from the initial sales associate regarding the possibility of a refund, I was informed that reimbursement was not an option when I sought to address the numerous issues encountered. The sales associate essentially lied saying I could get a refund anytime just for me to sign the contract. Following my escalation of the matter to my credit card company, StretchLab declined to issue a refund and subsequently withheld the four stretches included in my package, stipulating additional payments or continued contract engagement as prerequisites for their provision. Consequently, I find myself having disbursed $259 without receiving any corresponding services or benefits. I have taken measures to report this unsatisfactory experience to the Better Business Bureau and intend to share my feedback to make this company be held accountable for predatory business practices.
