Love to hear themselves talk and the patient is always wrong. They don’t know how to address information that is incorrect nor will they acknowledge that mistakes are sometimes made on their end. Terrible pharmacy

Safeway did excellent job of getting a necessary and forgotten prescription (left at home) for vacationers. Problem solved with a phone call and pharmacy pickup within an hour!!!!

You cant get your refill until the day I run out. The safeway pharmacist claim it's a law, that they HAVE TO GIVE ON DAY 30. NOT TRUE the law says you can receive 2 days early . IN FACT all my other prescription are filled automatically on day 27... EVERY MONTH. According to the federal regulations, controlled medications, CALIFORNIA ALSO .. Schedules III and IV can only be refilled early on an authorized prescription or usually as early as two days for a 30-day supply. MY medicine is used to prevent addiction not cause addiction...people dont get high from it. But these people at Safeway sure treat me like a drug as addict. I can go on forever regarding comments they have made It is stressful because many times on day 30 Safeway is completely out of stock. Thus additional days with no pills. This complaint is for 1 reason the countless Travel issues,. Now that I'm buying a house out of state its hell dealing with pharmacists who dont care to actually help. Like next week I'm am flying out of state. I'll be 2 days late for my parents anniversary Party, because they choose NOT fill this refill on the day 28. The interest in actually helping the customer is very low. Everytime i have told them about an issue I'm having regarding my medicine they basically wont help at all, they are defensive, abrasive and judgemental. All I want is that 2 day grace period like all my other prescriptions and stop treating me like a drug addict. And since they wont abide by state law I'm am filing complaints with safeway and the medical board. I'm done
