Came to share my experience and by the looks of the reviews this is a common occurrence. Very disappointing. My child had blood drawn the other day and was told to bring back and DROP OFF the fecal sample. I stood in the waiting room for 20 minutes before someone came out and I said i just need to drop this off and very rudely with a dirty look said you need to sign in and closed the door. Tried to sign in and it has you make an appointment for 6 hours later. Im holding a frozen specimen that is probably no longer viable at this point so I rushed back home to put it in the freezer. My son has some medical issues and this is extremely disappointing. This quest does not give you the correct instructions and is extremely rude and after seeing all these comments should just close this site down as they are representing quest in the most negative way.

Jeanette is the nicest phlebotomist I have ever seen! I have hard veins to find, and she is so gentle with me and both times I have seen her have been painless. She always puts me at ease, and I am so grateful for her kindness to me. I definitely recommend her to anyone, but especially for anyone nervous with needles like I am!
I visited Quest Diagnostics as a walk-in because my mom’s doctor required same-day lab work ( after Dr appointment , we can’t make appointments because short time) . We waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes, which I understood since we didn’t have an appointment.
However, a walk-in patient who arrived after us was called in before my mom. I clearly saw her name on the waiting list, so this was very frustrating and confusing.
A gentleman with an appointment kindly helped ask the staff about the situation, but they simply said they were following the rules and didn’t offer any real explanation.
My mom has a heart condition and cannot wait too long. A little flexibility and compassion would have made a big difference.
Very disappointed.
Booked my appointment and was seen witching a reasonable timeframe. Staff is friendly and made it easy.

I’m giving one star because this is the first time in 25 years I have ever encountered a testing facility that does not have a table to lie down on for a blood draw. I require this after some past problems and it never even occurred to me that they wouldn’t have a table since, again, I have never encountered any other facility of Quest or even Labcorp that did not have one. I had to walk out pissed off and hungry only to start this whole process over again. The facility is super clean, the staff member who had to give me the bad news was nice and apologetic, but this location needs to be avoided by anyone who needs to lie down. You’ve been warned!
