  I spent less than five minutes before being called in and the process was quick and smooth. The girl attending me was very skilled and informative.

  Lilly, the human, was amazing! Made tech issues easy, double checked my doctor's orders to mirror the bloodwork request, did not blow my vein, took my urine sample, all seamless! We even had some pleasant laughs as a reward.
