  Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Carmen and the medical assistant were professional and helpful. I was promptly treated and given a new appointment I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of a medical appointment within 38 minutes of my appointment time! Highly recommend this Dermatology practice!

  My visit today was fantastic! The team was welcoming and professional. I was called in right away and met with Carrie and Jessica, who were wonderful and listened to my concerns. They explained the necessary procedures in detail, covering the advantages and disadvantages, and I felt well cared for. I will certainly return. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the care they offered.

  I saw Carmen Huerta as a new patient ( last name is Shelton) I have to start with check in…AMAZING. I was called back before my appointment time. Carmen was very professional and took care of my concern. Her nurse (I can’t remember her name) was AMAZING as well. Then when it was time to check out…. You guessed it, it was AMAZING. Everyone I came in contact with today was so nice, caring and compassionate. I wish every Dr office had staff as calming and nice as Pacific Dermatology Institute. Thank you everyone for making my visit peaceful and quick and very professional.

  Dr. Carrie Davidson provided an outstanding experience, combining true expertise with genuine care. I felt completely confident in her medical advice, as she took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. Her attentiveness made me feel truly seen and understood. Her medical assistant was incredibly helpful, always attentive and supportive throughout the visit. Jasmine also went above and beyond, with a friendly and caring attitude that made the experience smooth and comfortable. The facility itself is immaculate and welcoming, creating a calm and positive environment from the moment you walk in. The front desk staff were wonderful, making every step easy and pleasant. I deeply appreciate the care, professionalism, and warmth of the entire team. This practice clearly prioritizes patients in every way, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to friends, family, and anyone seeking exceptional dermatological care.

  Great experience every time I come to this office. The entire staff is professional, organized, and genuinely caring, and Dr. Davidson is excellent very knowledgeable, thorough, and attentive. I especially want to highlight Jasmine. She’s a blonde staff member, which makes her easy to recognize but what really stands out is her character. She is incredibly kind, courteous, and professional at all times. She’s knowledgeable, helpful, and always takes the time to make me feel comfortable and reassured. You can tell she truly cares about patients and takes pride in her work. Jasmine consistently goes above and beyond, and she absolutely deserves recognition if not a promotion. She represents exactly what you’d want in someone working in this kind of environment. Highly recommend this office overall.
