- GAGiselle Aguirre3 days ago1.0Thankful that the doctor noticed the multiple infections and prescribed antibiotics—exactly the opposite of what my previous dentist did. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed that Robert promised to send my dental notes from the doctor I saw “as soon as possible,” he litterly told me by the end of the day but that didnt make sense at all. A week at least would make sense...I still haven’t received them. Patients have the right to their records, and you have 15 days from the date of my appointment to provide them. If they are not sent within that timeframe, I will notify the dental board. I already gave the necessary information for my records to be sent to me.i shouldn't need to go back for this

They lead me every step of the way. Dr Cowen was amazing. I couldn’t tell you how many times other dentists had to stop to let me regroup and then continue. I sat there through the whole thing while he worked on my teeth. Very nice, patient and friendly man. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who asks. And I am the biggest baby to see dentists like I said due to childhood experiences
