Club Pilates Murrieta is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
Would like to share my experience with Club Pilates. I loved the classes and was beginning to get into it.
I signed up for the membership, their contract is 3 months commitment. I was only able to do 3 classes as my health took a decline. Little did I know it was related to my appendix which eventually ruptured and I was in the hospital for emergency surgery and on a literal death bed. I was out for a month and half with Dr's note which I sent to them after I was back home recovering.
I didn't cancel my membership in time for them to consider it to be a 30 day notice as i was in the hospital even with my Dr's note. The credits were also usable, unfortunately. I wasn't able to talk to anyone from upper management just the front desk even though I requested to. After some back and forth with front desk Lucy, she let me know they would refund me for my 4th month however my credits would not be able to be used even though I am unable to do strenuous exercise until I am fully healed as my Dr note explains. There was no leeway unless I continued to pay.
I wasn't able to take full advantage of my membership due to an health emergency. While I understand the conditions and I appreciate they were able to refund for my 4th month, Club Pilates won't be my choice as they only prioritized money in this situation. Hope this helps anyone looking for a home Pilates studio!

I used to go to another studio (different company) that’s very popular in the area. But ended buying the unlimited classes bundle at Club Pilates because even tho some classes have a waitlist here, it’s only 4-5 (at the worst) and you are usually able to get into the class!
They offer part of the session on the spring board for a better class, changes it up, and it really kicked my butt!! They use equipment the other studio didn’t use.
Another thing I like: everyone gets a spot in front of the mirror, you aren’t packed in the studio like sardines unlike at the other studio.
It’s a casual class, it’s not a snobby studio like the previous studio I was at. There’s no judgement here, you can wear whatever you like!
It’s also nice that all the equipment we need is placed right in front of us for us to use unlike at the previous studio where you had to read a board to go get what you needed and check yourself in on the tablet . These little things make a huge difference when you are taking a class.
Also, if you are running late, you can still get a good “spot” unlike at the previous studio I was at.

Total waste of money . Limited access to classes. Pay a monthly fee to go on a waitlist for a class . $200 plus a month to go on a wait list makes zero financial sense . Try to cancel and that’s another headache

Tried to make it work and sadly didn’t last a month there. They need to work on their customer service, they won’t answer the phone, and they take days to return calls. Never again.
