I am updating my review. I don't know why people are giving Dr. Freyne a bad review. She is a good doctor like okay she might not be the type of doctor that smiles and act cheery, but she is a good doctor and she will get to the bottom of what is wrong. Last time I was there she had a med student and she was in training she asked and told me she will be sitting with us while she goes over and hopes I did not mind which of course I did not. I was worries about my wrist hurting over the summer. After seeing an orthoptic who said I had osteoarthritis in both hand my chiropractor said it was De quervains Dr Freyne agreed with my chiropractors theory. Not only did she agree but she ran bloodwork and an ultrasound on my writs' and all of it was done at her office I did not have to go else where to get these done which saved me time. She is going to work on helping me heal my De quervains. She is the type of old school Doctor we need more. Her job is to get you healed so you can keep going with life. I feel those who gave her the negative reviews either get mad and blame her for their health or they don't like hearing the truth. Its understandable to be upset, but don't be mad at doctors for it. I was surprised at how quick I got in for both first and follow up. A month in advance some places take 3 months or the up coming year. She is a hidden gem. So I hope people stop slandering this doctor when all she wants to do is help patience's.

Terrible doctor. Has no empathy and should not be in health care.

If you want an extraordinary physician, Dr. Freyne would be your first choice.
I found patient care from Dr. Brigid Freyne and her team to be so good that it became a unique experience. I called the office and spoke to Debbie, the Office Manager. I explained that my pain level was a 7. Instead of having me wait six weeks for a new patient appointment, she double-booked an appointment for me, and I met with Dr. Freyne within two weeks. Yes, Dr. Freyne is busy and works quickly, but she is the best! My general physician recommended Dr. Freyne, stating, “She is exceptional in her field”. If you have to wait a little longer in the lobby, I believe she is worth the wait.

The first time I visited Dr. Freyne, I had to wait 2 1/2 hours! That might not have been a bad thing if she had been nice. She was so rude and arrogant! I thought maybe she was having a bad day, so I went to my second appointment. I didn't have the long wait because I was the first patient of the morning, but the rudeness and arrogance was still there! She didn't explain anything, and when I asked questions, she barely gave me an answer. I asked my regular doctor for a different rheumatologist, and what a difference! He (Dr. Al Harash) explained things that I was never told about with the medication I was given and took his time and asked me if I had questions etc etc. Switching doctors was the best decision I ever made!
