  The WORST customer service we have ever experienced. Take 6 weeks to send in request for authorization to insurance then lie about it. Can’t get Office Manager or anyone in authority to call back. HORRIBLE

  Last year I fractured my left foot and got my first cast (after waiting 10 days for an appointment)- they made it too tight. After not sleeping 2 days from the cast pain, a friend told me to go back in. A nurse recast it and took pictures of the 3 pressure sores that had already started!! Of course they charged me for the 2nd cast. I just wanted the whole incident to be over... at least the pink color was cheerful. When the cast was removed the foot didn't stand flat.. I've tried to care for my foot since then, but it burns and pain still radiates into my toes. I wish I could have healed it on my own, but I needed the dr.'s note for work. Super unsatisfying. I take less chances with gravity now to avoid anything else happening.

  There is nothing more frustrating than sitting in a waiting room hours after your appointment time. All 3 times I've had an appointment their waiting room is full

  Let me start by saying that Surgery is not anything someone looks forward to. I needed to have both knees done. My insurance company would not cover many specialists. Then we found Dr Amy Starry who is truly AMAZING ! She completed my second knee today and I will say that the words Truly Impressed do not even begin to describe Dr Starry. Unfortunately 5 star reviews is the best you can give on Yelp she deserves a 10+. I was not at all happy about surgery, I don't like needles, and well you know how the rest goes. I would like to compliment This medical team for having a True TOP NOTCH Professional on their team who makes the patient her #1 priority. My father was a Doctor for 30+ years and he too took great pride in making his patients top priority. Over the years I have had some doctors where you are just a number, Not here, Not with Dr Starry, She is truly a Doctor who cares. For anyone facing a surgical procedure in this specific specialty I would look no further Dr Starry is the BEST you will find.
