  This is my new favorite urgent care in Murrieta! I have been to several in the area and none of them measure up to carbon health. They really take the time to listen and genuinely try to help you. I love that every time they run tests, you can view your results through their portal, it makes everything so easy to understand. You can even message the provider directly after your appointment and they respond quickly. Highly recommend!

  I love this little urgent care because the NPs are just awesome. What I love most is they see that we are over a certain age and aggressively get in front of things turning bad. Jeannie and the rest is the NPs are just the best. I hope they come out of the restructuring standing strong. I hope we never have to go again for being sick but it is so good to know that they are there if needed.

  The staff was very attentive and the doctor and physician assistant. We're very informative very patient and it was a very clean facility. Great experience overall.

  Was able to get an appointment same day, within hours. It was easy to schedule and from the moment I walked in everyone was welcoming. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. I sat for maybe a minute after checking in and then was called back. My vitals were taken instantly and the Dr came in right away. There was no waiting whatsoever. The staff were extremely nice and caring and the Dr was exceptional. She was nice, informative, and very easy to talk to. I have absolutely nothing negative to say. I will be coming here from now on and will recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

  I for the life of me can’t understand why this place has such good reviews. Everything from beginning to end had the strangest vibe. The waiting room is so sterile, and i am not revering to cleanliness’s, which is the ONLY positive point on the place. Sterile as in cold lifeless way too modern which gave it my first odd feeling. Then we get called back, nurse triages, Dr comes in. (We picked this urgent care because it was listed as an orthopedic urgent care) She pressed her foot/ankle in three spots and said ok I guess we will x ray probably a sprain we can wrap it. Cool, I am aware we still needed to check before she went to dance again to prevent further injury as well as notes for school. There was Not much care or Concern that came from her. We saw her for approx 3 minutes total. Next was the clincher for me. The MALE nurse came for my 9 year old DAUGHTER and wouldn’t let me her mother walk with her to x ray. Talk about a red flag for a mother. What intelligent male would even feel that was smart OR OK to do? She came back with her foot wrapped and we were told to go home. “We will call work with results.” Now I mentioned to both nurse and Dr we needed to know for dance and school but ok we will leave with zero Post care meet with the Dr following the xray or any instructions for care at home. Just, “We will call you “ it’s now 4:30’ three hours later and no call About her x ray that they had instantly after imaging! No notes for school or dance. No diagnosis. What a complete waste of time. I’ll be going back To 24 hour urgent care where they treat people especially children like humans. Not robots. And have never tried to take my child who has medical anxiety down a hall alone with a strange man.
