  The best optometrist I have been too by far! The staff was so professional and so kind. The office was beyond gorgeous and clean. I will never go anywhere else for my glasses. 10/10 experience!! 🥰

  3 weeks still waiting for lens to come. I spent thousand dollars and received bad service! They have great service until they get paid.I don’t recommend this place.

  Absolutely the most disorganized, unprofessional eye doctor’s office I’ve ever dealt with. I paid $250 out of pocket for my son’s glasses in October and waited over 6 weeks with zero communication. Every time I called, I got a different excuse—“the lab messed up,” “the prescription wasn’t sent,” no one seemed to know what they were doing. We eventually canceled and went elsewhere. Gave them another chance months later (only because they take his insurance), and somehow the exact same frames and prescription jumped from $258 to $411. No explanation, just ridiculous pricing. Then when I tried to get his prescription sent to another place, I was left on hold for 20 minutes… called back… and they literally closed while I was still on hold. This place is a mess. Zero communication, zero accountability, and a complete waste of time. Do yourself a favor—go anywhere else.

  Clean office, staff, techs, and Dr. are highly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The costs are great here and their services top notch. If your insurance is in-network for here I recommend no other place in Murrieta
