My husband went to pick up his prescription today & the pharmacist berated him for telling her we had a GoodRX coupon when she gave him the total ($800) rather than when she asked the name & DOB (mind you, she NEVER asked if we had insurance or anything). My husband told her she needed to work on her customer service skills and she just said "yup" and walked away. In today's economy, with so many choices, you'd think customer service would be a priority. Guess not!
- PPPugsleySep 23, 20184.0I get all my prescriptions there, and the ONLY issue I see is the wait times to be seen or get anything done, but it's not the fault of those working they are 5☆s, but they are extremely understaffed. That pharmacy needs MORE employees. I've actually been there on a Sunday when only 1 person was working, the pharmacist, which is an awful thing, especially if the place gets busy.
