  Dr. Tan is one of the most respected doctors who I have ever known.i can feel that her had given me her best performance with care and focus on the results as what I am as a patient want to see. Her personality was friendly and her communication skills was awesome. She had made me feel as part of her family, more than just a patient. I am very strongly to recommend to pick Dr. Tan as a personal physician.

  I had a great experience today. I especially want to thank Alexa at the front desk — she is very kind, patient, and has such a lovely voice. She helped me a lot even though my English is not very good. I didn’t have an appointment, but she kindly helped me check with the doctor for availability. I truly appreciate her help. The whole clinic was clean, efficient, and reasonably priced. Everyone was very professional and friendly. Thank you so much — I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this place.

  Very disappointed. Came all the way from Gilroy to have my teen son seen by the clinic but due to being 15 minutes late due to distance, parking, new location, turned away. Dr Tan could have been understanding/empathetic of the patient situation rather than simply not offering to see the patient. She is an epitome of physicians who are a disservice to this profession. Her time will come!

  Dr. Wang is my favorite dermatologist! She is kind, very knowledgeable and I’ll continue to see her whenever I can. Highly recommend.

  Saw dr Caroline Tan. She is young and peppy, but also lacks listening skills, she is rude and incompetent. She told me that a minor mole-type growth was most definitely skin cancer. That was obviously not the news I wanted to hear, but she was very adamant about it. She said she'll do a biopsy and get back to me within a week or two. Never heard back from them, so I called about a month later, and got the confirmation that the growth is benign. Good news for me, but I really do not recommend this doctor, she is incredibly insensitive and arrogant.
