  Complete waste of time. Their waiting room is full of Function Health info, but when I scheduled a visit through Function Health they refused to perform the blood draw.

  I had an appointment but was seen after 20 min or so. Last time I went the place was empty so no wait at all for an appointment. They accept walk-ins but if they are busy like today the wait may be very long.

  The staff is very polite and attentive to all patients. I came with a baby, he is 1 year old. He was treated with great understanding and did everything possible to facilitate blood collection from the vein.
