  I want to shout out to thank James to spend time to comfort my son and give him a lot of encouragement to get the bloodwork done. He is humorous and gentle with a lot of patience to deal with the most challenging cases.

  Pathetic attitude by staff. Wastes 1.5 hours here. Nobody came to inform about eta. The place is understaffed. And the professional works really slowly. Definitely not suggested for walk-ins.

  Wish it had been more clear that I needed to fast (I rescheduled the appointment once for that reason). However the appointment itself was super easy. Employee was very friendly and professional.

  We have been waiting for two hours. Inside, they are laughing and working very slowly. Even patients who have appointments are being taken in 30–40 minutes late. This is the first time I have seen such a careless and poorly managed place. On top of that, I waited a full two hours with my 2-year-old daughter. It was around 4:15 p.m., and they were supposed to close at 5:00, yet there were still 7–8 patients waiting inside. No one came out to give any information, such as saying they could only see three more patients so the others wouldn’t wait for nothing. They are unbelievably slow and unprofessional. If there is any regulatory or inspection authority, places like this should definitely be monitored, because it seems they are only concerned with filling their working hours. The situation of the waiting patients clearly does not matter to them.
