Morgan is the best Pilates instructor I have experienced. She always is very intentional with making sure we are warmed up and she is very clear with her instructions. I always leave class feeling like I have had a great session.

Morgan is the absolute best instructor, i am obsessed with her classes. You actually can't go back to anyone else once you've been in her class! Love all the details of movement adjustments, she is such a wealth of experience. I always feel like I worked out hard even if only a 1.0 class.

Morgan is one of the best instructors that I have had. 5 stars. Below is my old review and some factors still are true, so still keeping 4 stars.
I am increasing the stars to 4 since now I am able to attend both level 1 and 1.5 which increases my chances to join open classes. I am also able to better understand the clues on various exercises, so I am spending more time working out than lookingfor what to do.
Old review:
I usually don’t write reviews for workout studios, but I felt I had to share my experience here because this place uses misleading practices that lead to unexpected charges beyond the regular monthly fees. I hope this helps others avoid the same frustration.
1. The sign-up hook. When you start a trial, you’ll see attractive offers like “20% off” or “no activation fee,” but you must commit to three months upfront. I paid around $260 per month for unlimited classes, thinking it was a solid investment in my health. Note that there are many fine-print conditions there were: a 30-day notice for cancellations beyond 3 month commitment, confusing days needed before billing cycles, and upgrade/downgrade restrictions. Edit: once you sign the agreement, there is only a 3-day window allowed by the state of California where you can void the agreement which appears to be honored here.
2. The class booking trap. The scheduling system seems designed to waste your first week. Classes for beginners (Level 1) fills up quickly or are locked out once you’ve officially joined. Ironically, some intro sessions still appear “bookable” on the app, but you’ll get turned away if you try to attend. That means you’re losing about a quarter of your first month’s payment right there. Also note that you are encouraged to book for the month as soon as possibly (so as to get on the waitlist quickly) since the classes fill up quickly so you must know your schedule in advance for the month if you want to have a chance to attend classes after work or over the weekends.
For me, classes with good timings had about 3-6 people waiting.
3. The hidden fees. Once classes fill up, you can join a waitlist. But here’s the trick — if a spot opens, you might get automatically added overnight. That happened to me at midnight for a morning class. There’s no alert or grace period, just a $25 “no-show” fee if you miss it. On top of that, arriving more than five minutes late costs $15, even though they often still let people in. For anyone with ADHD or a variable schedule, these fees can pile up fast.
4. Inconsistency in instructors. My first class with Ada was fantastic — she was attentive, knowledgeable, and inspiring. Unfortunately, the rest of the instructors I encountered didn’t match her energy or teaching quality. Most classes felt rushed and impersonal. Edit: I found a couple of good instructors since I still had to stick it out for my commitment time period.
5. Customer service? Nonexistent. The contract mentions one automatic waiver for a fee, but that never happened despite multiple incidents. Calls went unanswered all the time for me. It feels like a setup where accountability is intentionally avoided. Several emails also went unanswered.
Bottom line: If you can attend classes consistently and handle the unpredictable waitlist system, you might get your money’s worth. But if you have a busy schedule or value transparent policies, skip this place. Choose something like ClassPass or a local studio with good reviews and ethical practices — you’ll save money and peace of mind.
