Went right in the morning. The entire staff is so diligent and hard working. My prescription wasn't called in by my doctor so the pharmacist went above and beyond for me to call my doctor and get the medicine. It was ready within mins. Definitely recommend this pharmacy to all my friends and family. The pharmacy and the store is very clean too.

Absolutely the worst.. again and it never fails I had another incident. I cannot stress how many times I did not get my medication from them because they have doubted me or my own doctors decisions. I have had enough of this . Never in my life did i need to sign paperwork to get the meds or usually get at other pharmacy’s , Safeway in Tracy never given me any issues. The second time I drove by there this week to pick up a simple lotion that I have regularly used. But No they wouldn’t give it to me because it wasn’t indicated of how much i needed to use it . So i need to wait for the doctor to call them back and then I’m allowed to get it . Wow! I conversed with doctors and even they have complained about their services keeping them busy and needing them to call back the pharmacy otherwise we aren’t allowed to have the meds. So now I have to rely on their, not my own doctor? I have had it everyone needs to stray away from them. When I had my surgery I had an infection in my ear and it was a weekend my doctor prescribed high doses of antibiotics eardrops. Because they didn’t have the dosage my doctor said to get a lower one. I had the prescription they didn’t give it to me . My infection was life threatening and it was a weekend so I had to wait it out . WTH I’m never coming back neither will my family.

The pharmacy tech, the old lady, rude. How are you dealing with people when you are so miserable. Either this pharmacy suck or just this one person. All these bad reviews about the pharmacy and here I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. The old pharmacy tech, how dare you make customers feel so little and your rude attitude. You need to retire or do something different. To tell me my rx was $150 to $700. Ridiculous. Youre our of your mind to think i'll pay for this $700. To resubmit this rx again that took 3 minutes, you huff and puff like a dragon. Never will I use this pharmacy again. Rude. No customer service what so ever. Stay away.
