StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Morgan Hill offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.
StretchLab....I had been going to chiropractors for over 30 years to get relief from low back and hip pain. I have had 3 cortisone shots given by Kaiser. Then my chiropractor, Dr.Tony Tropea, said I should go to the new StretchLab that opened in Morgan Hill. I started as soon as they opened about 20 months ago. I now have cancelled my 4th cortisone shot and have not been back to the chiropractor since using them. RELIEF!

This place is amazing. I have had back pain issues for over a year and stretching sessions help a lot to relax muscles and to increase range of motion. Dylan is amazing & super knowledgable. His tips to stretch at home or post workout def helps a lot.
