  This place is apparently not associated with the online store so if you place an order online for in store pickup and think you’ll be able to do a try on and make sure everything’s good they will make it painfully obvious that you are not a customer of theirs and are wasting their time. We came in here thinking we’d being doing a standard pickup and try on and were instead handed a box and left to fend for ourselves it was uncomfortable at best.

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. First, let me start by saying I was a loyal customer of this location for almost 2.5 years. When I first became a customer the young woman with glasses and long brown hair was so helpful and still is. Brandy the former manager was very helpful as well. For a while now, the customer service at this store has gone down the drain! With the exception of the employee who has been there since I first became a customer and Dr. Chu, they all need to get a different job. Unfortunately for a while now, they don't want to help me with anything unless they are getting a sale. I went in to order some glasses and they didn't have what I wanted in stock. The associate said she couldn't order them and give me the same discount as the website, which is complete BS! So I ended up having to order them myself. I asked if I could return them if I didn't like the way they fit. She told me they can't do returns for online orders in store, which is also a lie! My glasses finally arrived and Unfortunately I didn't like the way they fit. The mall was closed down so I ended up going to the Menifee location and so glad I did. What a huge difference in customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and Katherine who helped me over the phone and in person is amazing! They did my return and gave me no issues and no attitude. Just asked for my order number and processed my return without any problems! I also ordered a different pair. I have a really hard time finding glasses that fit because I have a small head. I need to return the glasses and I literally work around the corner from this Moreno Valley location. I went in Saturday evening with the glasses and receipt. I never even wore the glasses, only tried them on. They are in the case with everything included. Once again the employee gave me a huge attitude and said she can't return glasses from another store! That's another lie and BS!!! I know this because their return policy states you can return in store and online purchases to ANY store. I also called the Riverside location and spoke to the manager there about how Moreno Valley location refused to do my return. He told me that there is no reason for them to not so my return! Said he would be more than happy to help me. I'm just super irritated that I now have to drive out of my way because the employees here are useless and don't want to do their jobs! I can honestly say that because of the poor customer service at this location I will no longer be giving lenscrafters my business!!! I'm not going to support a company that treats their customers like crap!!!! I highly recommend you go to the Menifee location, or Riverside, especially if you don't want any issues with returning orders. Pretty sad that these people won't even do their job! Corporate if you're reading this, you really need to do something about the terrible customer service at this location, honestly most of them should be fired!

  Worst lens crafters I’ve ever been to. Came in to get a nose gummy replaced and was told it’ll be a 2 hour wait. Don’t come here.
