  Picked up my glasses today and the staff was awesome! Very professional in fact when I was there Peggy the manager was on the phone with a guest and I could hear the customer yelling at the top of her lungs at poor Peggy and she was so professional and polite to this lady, shows great customer service that Peggy was still smiling and being so nice to me!! This was my first time at Target optical and now I'll come back for all my eyewear needs!!

  Do not go here! Dr. Zhang and her manager, Peggy, are neither kind nor professional. I have EyeMed and had all the documentation to prove it, but they initially refused to call and verify benefits. I called 5 times to request a refund, only to have Peggy laugh at me. She refused to let me speak and repeatedly raised her voice. I then asked to speak to the doctor, and they refused. When I spoke, she said, "Sweetie, looks who's yelling now?" I never raised my voice; I was not in a position to do so. They only get a small percentage if you have insurance. If you pay out of pocket, the doctor keeps the $80.00. Also, my prescription was incorrect and was corrected by my ophthalmologist. Be aware. They are unprofessional and attempt to retain funds that patients do not actually owe. Laughing and mocking customers over the phone was the cherry on top, let me say.

  Great place to get glasses and most insurance is accepted and most of all the customer service is. Stephanie is the one to see thank you .

  This Target Optical is the best! The staff is amazing. The employees who work there, Tam, Andrew, Stephanie & the rest of the crew, are very helpful and knowledgeable. Peggy, the store manager, has a personality that just puts a smile on anyone’s face that walks in that place. I’ve been coming to this store for a while now and I look forward to it every time I go. I don’t really do reviews but they definitely deserve one!

  This place, is great, walked in not knowing what I wanted or what I was able to get. And walked out with the best deal of the day. I did everything offered, got to see the inside of my eye which was surprisingly really healthy. Got love it when you find your self healthy. Great attitude and was helpful to everyone who walked in and had the upbeat attitude the entire time. When it got slow they still kept up the high paced energy which very rare to see. Great spot. 10/10 new local optics.
