I had previously gone to the Tyler Mall and the Corona LensCrafters, and unfortunately the customer service at both places was rude and unhelpful. I was honestly frustrated by the time I came here. Andres completely turned that around for me. He was extremely patient, professional, and knowledgeable, and he helped me step by step with ordering my Meta Ray-Ban glasses. He took his time, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was done correctly. His customer service was excellent, and he genuinely made me feel valued as a customer. I’m really glad I came to the Moreno Valley location and got help from Andres. Because of him, my experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Andres if you come here!

Idk if they saw me coming but Elizabeth was well prepared to handle my situation and was very respectful and understanding with my previous visits and explained some issues that are out of her control to calm the situation. I ended up resolving my warranty work and I also purchased another pair of glasses with her help and advice. A nice experience.
