    The Perfect Workout is just that! Tiffany, Jennifer, and Max are the best trainers and so professional. I like that they individualize each workout and keep track of my progress. I also like that it’s different each time. After 6 months of training 2 times a week, I feel stronger and more energetic! As the manager, Tiffany has done a great job setting the tone of hospitality and encouragement. It’s always a pleasure to be there! Don’t hesitate to join!

    I’ve been taking training sessions since August 2024 and I definitely feel stronger and more toned. The trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, caring and really enjoy what they do. They are happy to tailor what you’d like to target and are diligent about guiding your form. It’s always a mix of machines, free weights, bands and mat exercise should work too . The ideal part, aside from only taking 20 minutes/session, is that your weights and time are recorded and their app tracks that data. Your progress is graphed and is illustrated in percentages. I’ve mostly stuck to the two workouts/week. If my work schedule doesn’t get in the way, it’s very easy to get the dates and times I’m after. I like how these workouts compliment Pilates, hiking, etc. And there’s always parking!!

    I have been suffering with urinary urgency for the past couple of years because of age related loss of muscle tone. I started the Prefect Workout 10 months ago. During the past couple of months, I have noticed a decrease in the feeling that I need to run to the bathroom and I have had no tiny leaks or accidents like I used to have before. When I first started doing workouts, I would have sore muscles for two or three days afterward. Now, I still have some soreness, but I can feel that my muscles are not so strained, but are strengthening.I also think my overall strength and sense of balance has markedly improved. The 20 minute session seems to fly by very quickly, so the whole day isn’t taken up getting exercise. If I could work out here every day I probably would. The trainers, Tiffany and Jennifer, are very friendly and energetic, yet professional. I am never made to feel ashamed or chided for the days that I have lack of motivation, but I am gently coaxed. The benefits I’m gaining are great in proportion to the time and money invested in my health by working out with the guidance I get from the Perfect Workout.

    Exceptional coaching & personal attention. My trainer Jen is highly motivating. She is always punctual with a personalized routine planned out, but she is ready to adapt if necessary. Jen makes sure my technique is correct to avoid injuries and to help me mak continual progress. i love the perfect workout. Ten stars!!
