  I had an appointment and I was taken in for service at the appointed time. The staff were friendly and professional. There was an unexpected fee for the blood draw of over $200! Is this a new policy to charge first and wait for the secondary insurance to pay after Medicare? Fortunately, I could pay the fee, but I wonder if you announce the possibility of such a large fee routinely when an appointment is made? That will help with future appointments for me and others. Thank you.

  Just came out of this office, it was a horrendous experience and at the end of it, still didn't get my bloodwork done. I had an apt. scheduled ahead, still waited for 40 mins, and no staff came to the front office, had to start knocking just for someone to come look that I wasn't the only on in a packed lobby! When they did come around, it was the highest level of rudeness. With complete disrespect, took me behind, were on their computer for another incredible amount of time while I was sitting there staring at them, then when I said I have difficult veins and am worried about it, they said you can wait around for the next technician then. Wait around more! I am telling you, this was just an unforgettable visit for all the wrong reasons.

  Family has had several bad experiences at this facility with employees failing to list ordering physicians to receive test results, failing to note test results copies to be sent to us & asking us to sign our names on a blank screen, falsely claiming it's to verify correct identity when its an advanced beneficiary notice saying you agree to pay in full for a test. Took us several incidents with the latter before we were advised by our insurer that this Quest location was engaging in deceptive practices, which we appealed & won. Switched our business to the one other independent lab in town & have had nothing but a stellar experience.

  Phlebotomist was very nice, efficient, thorough and the needle penetration BARELY hurt. Her skill level was very good! Thank you for hiring her. JM
