  Was told that getting a sleep study done at this place would "probably" be covered by insurance, but of course I shouldn't have trusted that because obviously it wasn't. Also had to go in twice because the results from the first night were lost for some reason. When I got the results back after the second time they merely said there were no issues and that I had 0 awakenings during the night, even though I woke up for over an hour in the middle of the night, so I'm no closer to finding the cause of my chronic insomnia than I was before this whole ordeal. Gave two stars instead of one because the owner did seem genuinely sorry about losing my results the first time and wanted to make things right.

  The doctor is questionable in ability, spent a long time and a lot of words to say he didn't know, but when I asked him if he didn't know, he got upset and how dare I question him. He interrupted me every time before I could get a few syllables out, even at the intake to set up the sleep study in the first place. Like he's entitled to your money, and "how dare you take up his time, don't you know he's got other patients?" Just not a good place. The place also demands your credit card information so they can charge you if they feel you wasted the doctors time. They make you sign a piece of paper before seeing you saying it's ok they charge your card if they feel you wasted the docs precious time. The sleep place across the hall is also terrible. Temperature is out of control, they talk all dang night, the business on the floors above them start vacuuming in the middle of the night, they each make microwave dinners in the middle of the night, drawers always slamming, toilets always flushing, cupboards creaking, people pacing outside the room, lights blinking in your face inside the room, it's just a bad place. "Been doing this for 7 years" right, and you haven't gotten it right yet??
