  Presented at appointment with bad cough, heavy breathing, heavy throat mucus and overall exhaustion. Dr. did not think it was an infection, but ordered an X-ray if I didn’t feel better in a couple of days. As I didn’t feel better, I could not get scheduled for the X-ray until Monday of this week. Didn’t hear from doctor on Tuesday so called and left message to please return call. No call back. Called office again on Wednesday and was told that the X-ray had not been read. Asked for a call back. No call back, again. Called again Thursday. Still no call back from a doctor or nurse. Called again today and was told the office was closed for a holiday. Asked to speak with on call physician. Physician said to the operator “he should go to urgent care, give him a number for an office close by,” and hung up. Operator then hung up on me. This is probably the worst experience with healthcare I have ever had. No follow through, a total lack of concern and no regard to urgency. It feels like this office has no regard for a patient’s well being. Extremely disappointing.

  Every doctor at UCLA Montecito is fantastic! The on-site laboratory makes it easy to get you required tests. (blood tests to EKGs) Plus, the Montecito office offers Saturday appointments.

  Want to thanks, all the medical team at this office that makes possible, to walk through the path of unknown health conditions with calm and give and explanation that some times is hard to understand. Want to thanks Dr. Bush for follow up with other doctors referral.

  Oh. My. $1100 for a 15 minute initial visit?!! Thank goodness our PPO covered half of it. Although I assumed it would be billed as our $0 annual checkups, which it wasn't because we mentioned existing problems. Now we owe ~$1000 between the two of us and all the doc did was stare at her screen while typing notes. What a scam. Shame on you. Zero stars.
