  Clicked the info when I arrived. Was the only one there. Signing in & a couple of questions took more time than the blood draw. The Phlebotomist was great.😁

  Showed up 10min early to my appointment, checked in on an iPad, was seen within 5min. My blood draw was super easy and I’m scared of needles, the lab tech made me feel super safe. Not sure about all the 1 star reviews, maybe they rolled the dice and got a bad day or something

  Stay away! Arrived for my mid-afternoon appointment today (having made the required pre-payment on my credit card, because this company demands a credit card “in case” insurance doesn’t end up paying. Sign said office was “temporarily closed” for the next few days. No explanation. All 3 phone numbers went to recordings driving patients to website to “make or cancel an appointment” with no option for speaking to a human. As I stood there phoning all 3 numbers, more patients arrived for their appointments. None of us had been contacted to inform us that our appointments were cancelled. I’d been fasting for 18 hours for this appointment, arrived very hungry; had arranged my week around this appointment to get urgently needed lab work. Will definitely not be returning to this unprofessional lab.
