Very attentive and helpful the moment I walked in. I knew what I wanted from the get go, and was immediately given different options to suit my needs.

Went twice both with appointments the first time the lady at the front just told me that there's going to be a really long wait even though I had appointment the second time I went the weight was over an hour with an appointment, and end up just leaving because I had no more time to waste sitting there waiting for a doctor to see me. If you have the time to spend your whole day at the eye doctors maybe go to LensCrafters but if not I would stay away from this place

Go somewhere else!!! Last year I had a bad experience. The main doctor left right by my appt time and I was seen by a per-diem doctor who was not very pleased. They got my contacts ordered wrong and had to go back multiple times. They keep sending me emails for my overdue exam and I decided to give them a second chance. Good luck getting through the phone. Once your on the phone they will put you on hold. I got 10 mins before my appt and the doctor was "backed up" The wait was too long, never have I waited for a simple eye exam.

Just did a walk in and asked if they can fix the rubber that sits on my nose bridge and Gen (the worker that helped us) quickly sent it to their lab person to fix it, she was very welcoming and funny so we appreciate it. Good and quick service!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
