They got my contacts ordered wrong and had to go back multiple times. They keep sending me emails for my overdue exam and I decided to give them a second chance. Good luck getting through the phone. Once your on the phone they will put you on hold. I got 10 mins before my appt and the doctor was "backed up" The wait was too long, never have I waited for a simple eye exam.
