    I was there a week ago , this girl Lisa she greeted me and she was fantastic knowledgeable and took a great care of me. She was patient and courteous, all the way till the end , I feel I have been helped by a true pro Thank you Lisa I appreciate your courtesy and understanding , you rock!!!

    Best experience ever! Kisha was WONDERFUL. She was sooooo nice, helpful, funny and really took her time to help me choose the best pair of glasses. Dr. Lim was also a GREAT eye doctor. She explained everything so well and made sure I was completely comfortable the entire time. This is the best Lens Crafters I’ve ever been to!

    Poor customer service in general, and rude employees. Was not pleased with my service from the employee Edward. Will not be supporting LensCrafters or Luxotica in general.

    Diana made my first experience at LensCrafters so comfortable and welcoming. Usually when I go to other places for glasses, the service isn’t the best, but Diana completely changed that for me. She was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. She is sweet, welcoming, and gives the best advice when it comes to style and recommendations. Because of her, I will definitely continue coming back and will be making this my new go-to place for glasses. Thank you again, Diana, for such a great experience!

    Rene assisted me on 12/12/25 with a purchase of prescription glasses. Before proceeding, I asked him to confirm whether I would be receiving a brand new pair of glasses. He checked his tablet and confirmed that the glasses were in stock and that a new pair would be ordered. He also informed me that I could add a year of protection for replacements if needed. Based on this information, I agreed to the purchase. When I went to pick up my glasses the following week, I inspected them and noticed that I was given the display model. They were visibly worn, dusty, and had residue from previous customers. Rene was present and only confirmed they were display glasses after I questioned him. When I asked why I had not been contacted beforehand, he said they this information isn’t disclosed to customers. He offered no apology or resolution and said the glasses would likely be replenished later in the week, which I later learned wasn't true. The following day, I escalated the issue to Keisha, the store manager, over the phone. She looked in their system and confirmed that the glasses I chose were no longer in stock and that the display model was the only option. She only offered two options to resolve my issue: take the glasses as is for full price (over $800) or receive a full refund. Based on this experience, I don’t recommend this LensCrafters location.
