  Please don't take your kids here. The girls who draw blood here are very unexperienced. They poked my daughter twice and the second time they moved the needle in her so aggressively but still got nothing so we left.

  This Quest is my favorite! It is sparkling clean, and seldom any other people, and absolutely the fastest service. Plenty of shade to park in, and the staff are skilled. This office always has the butterfly thingy to make taking blood fromy hand much less painful.

  I've been many times. I always make an appointment otherwise the wait can be very long depending upon the unforeseen circumstances of the day and time. The majority of the front desk staff haven't been very personal. It might be understandable if their job wasn't to help the clients who patronize the clinic. What does it take to be friendly and helpful if you're being PAID to be? Maybe the desk staff doesn't understand that these clients are the ones paying for their services even if they don't pay them directly. If the staff was paid for the quality of their service, they might try being empathetic to the client/patient. Most of the people who actually draw the blood have been very satisfactory, patient and kind.

  Muy mala experiensia el personal que saca la sangre es muy rudo mi niño salio traumado no vuelvo a regresar. No me dejo ni que le tapara los ojos a mi niño. el se asusta cuando ve sangre el estaba calmado arriba de mi con una mano lo abrase para detenerlo y con la otra le tape los ojos y la trabajadora bien enojada que me dise señora quite la mano de sus ojos y nomas abrazelo el niño estaba tranquilo cuando le tape los ojos y cuando el personal me quito la mano de sus ojos el se aterrorizo y enpezo a tenblar y disiendo que lo querian matar. No saben tratar a las personas ya veo porque diario que boy a la clinica el laboratorio esta solo.

  Unfortunately the emloyees are absolutely unprofessional unclean and non sterile do not come here if you value your health ? Not to mention the rude staff behavior.
