  Walked in nobody to help us, tried using the machine to check in with paper no options for the paper golden valley gave me, stops there for 10 mins while the nurse ignored is to help scan in and continues to take patients in. Understaffed, Unprofessional, Scared to come back and have blood done.

  My doctor sent me to Quest, I did not go by choice. It is very unprofessional and cold to have a room full of people with no staff member available to check you in or available for answering questions. No restrooms available, only one locked door between you and the only restroom in the building. The staff is very cheerful, helpful and accommodating but Quest corporate decisions for this setup with no bedside manners sucks! No point in reviewing, I see other posts have been here for years and improvements have NOT been made.

  I had scheduled an appointment for my mother at the facility on 6th Street and when we showed up, They were closed and didn't bother to notify us that they were closed due to "Unforseen Circumstances" So unprofessional on their part. 🤬

  Zero stars. I arrived for my scheduled appointment to find the office closed. While unforeseen circumstances can occur, the lack of prior notice is unprofessional and inconsiderate of patients’ time.
