We have been proudly serving our clients since 2000, and in 2001 became incorporated in the State of California. Provident Care has Registered Nurses on staff and multiple Home Care Managers working directly with our caregivers and clients. Three Senior Care Advisors meet with families and perform client assessments, and we have an on-call Care Manager who is available nights and weekends providing 24/7 service! We serve clients in Modesto, Walnut Creek, Lodi, Danville, Berkeley, Stockton, Oakland, San Ramon, Pleasanton, Turlock and surrounding areas.
