A medical assistant call me on 8/9/2024 left a voice mail. Called Monday 8/12/2024 to ask that someone called me. The medical assistant is taking on the phone but no focus on the statement asking if my family member is on dialysis. I gave the name and the date of birth. The medical assistant replied I didn't called you. Second time I called I said her name she was keep saying thing over and over. So I asked the medical assistant are you going to repeat the third time she replied I am been rude. Ok how can I be rude if you give wrong information and you denied that you didn't called and I have a voice mail. I could have wrote you name but I didn't wanted to do this. Just a favor just listen and then speak so you can understand your patients/family member.

The doctors are wonder full but the office staff have no empathy for their client or family members. They need quality training on empathizing and professionalism, especially when it comes to this line of medical care. Even speaking to the managing head staff was pointless. Of course, your clients are going to be upset if they are given the run around for months regarding one concern. Not everyone has the resources between jobs, dialysis, and caring for a loved one. The most uncalled thing was being told by the so-called head of nurses that they were just the boss and didn't know what was going on... so you ask, and you ask your staff specifically if it's been an ongoing topic. I'm truly disgusted by their responses, and this is not the first time my family has experienced this mistreatment.

Extremely poor medical service. Will not see patients in person and shows no concern or care for critically ill patients
