They were patient , punctual and clearly explained all the details on the procedures , tests, results and expectations . No pressure! He had severe profound hearing loss on both ears and now , his life has changed being able to hear clearly … It has been a year and half now and he still can’t stop raving about his hearing device to his friends and the family . I went to have my hearing tests done today and I will definitely have my hearing aids done as well at this location …. Thank you so much Raquel and Joann ( and Divina) for doing an exceptional job and treating us like your own family. If you are in need of a hearing test and devices , look no further , this is the only hearing aid center you need to go.
