I was helped by Cher, Francia, Erika and Carmen. Lovely staff, they were all very welcoming and knowledgeable.

We called our local LensCrafters store just 20 minutes before closing, and Francia answered with such genuine kindness and understanding. She immediately said they’d stay open to help him seen by the Doctor and get replacement pair made as quickly as possible. She even coordinated with the compassionate doctor on staff to ensure everything would be handled smoothly and professionally. We were already on our way when, right after hanging up, our friend and member of our search party found his glasses! Even though we no longer needed the service, I have to give a huge shoutout to Francia, the doctor, and the entire team for their incredible compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go out of their way after hours. It’s rare to find that level of care and teamwork in customer service these days. They turned a stressful situation into one where we felt truly supported and valued. LensCrafters is lucky to have such a dedicated and heartfelt team. Thank you again, Francia, Doctor, and everyone involved—you made all the difference, and we’ll definitely be loyal customers for life!
