  Destinee's class was super fun. She provided the right amount of challenge and modifications if needed and was super funny! The studio was friendly and clean.

  I love this studio! They offer classes throughout most of the day, which makes it really convenient to fit a class into my schedule. Winnie is one of my favorite instructors! If you’re looking to get stronger, she’s your girl. You can immediately tell she has years of experience because her cues and adjustments really help improve your practice.

  Joseph is an amazing instructor and I always look forward to his Pilates classes. Very informative as well as challenging, he’s my favorite instructor.

  Just took my second class with Cassidy and she was amazing! Super clear, calming, and supportive throughout the entire class. Loved her energy and can’t wait to take her class again😊

  I have always wanted to try Pilates so today was the day. Joseph is a very knowledgeable, patient and kind instructor. I thoroughly enjoyed being in his class.
