They took my glasses to the back where Sar worked on them and fixed them to perfection. He replaced a nose pad, tightened the frames and made sure it fit me perfectly. When I went to pay he informed me that the service was free! I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone in this store was so friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them! They really went above and beyond!

Called only to here the frames had arrived a while ago. Their excuse is that their system doesn't work when frames are ordered without lenses. It's not rocket science, call your customer as promised. I'll just buy from Amazon next time.
