    My personal trainer Ginger is the exact trainer that I was searching for in the past. At my age (70) I need a qualified trainer to monitor my moves and forms to avoid any unexpected injury. Based on my health condition and my goals, Ginger carefully set a muscle training program for me. She monitored each of movements carefully and corrected my form during the entire training session. After 2 months of muscle training, I now start to feel like I’m gaining muscle and strength. Now I am planning to increase my strength training from once a week to twice a week starting next year. I am looking forward to continuing my training at the Perfect Workout and with Ginger as my trainer.

    I had my first training session with AUVA at the Mission Viejo location and it was amazing. She is an excellent trainer and the next morning I could feel that my muscles had worked out but without any uncomfortable soreness. I definitely recommend THE PERFECT WORKOUT!!!
