Now that Platform has been introduced, I am getting a couple hard core cardio classes in with my regular PB routine. The staff and instructors are all so helpful, and encouraging. I highly recommend checking out the studio!

All the instructors are great, the music is energizing, and the workout is challenging, yet very effective.
