  Dr. Austin was able to call my daughter down and proceed with excellent dental work. Only good things to say about this office and we are happy we found them.

  I have been going to Alicia dentistry for several months getting both Invisalign and my regular cleaning/dental work. They are really nice, welcoming and friendly and I have had great results with my Invisalign from them. I had to have some crowns done as well and the process was fast and mostly pain free. I think the reviews on here are not really a reflection of how good this dentist productive is in my experience.

  This place already has a 3-star average on Google, and after my experience, I can see why. One afternoon, I parked in front of the nearby nutrition shop I regularly visit, and a woman who works at Alicia Dentistry stormed out of the office, visibly angry, claiming my sports car was “too loud.” She immediately resorted to yelling and saying some nasty things, then threatened to call the cops—over a car. I tried to deescalate the situation, apologized politely, and even said I’d be more mindful in the future by parking further away. Instead of diffusing the tension, she doubled down with a nasty attitude and continued to speak with hostility. To make matters worse, it seems Alicia Dentistry has formed an alliance with their equally unpleasant neighbor, James Remodeling. Both businesses appear to share a similar energy—unfriendly, aggressive, and lacking basic respect or professionalism toward the community. If that’s the kind of customer service and interpersonal behavior they bring to their professional environment, I’d steer clear.

  Good first impression as we got a smile from the person behind the counter as we entered. One of the staff wasn't wearing a mask, which seemed odd considering it's a medical office. Their new patient documents were a pain as they were not easily fillable from my computer. The dentist was friendly and professional. 2nd visit wasn't as nice. Down to 2 stars. Dentist: "We're going to do a fluoride treatment, which is covered by your insurance". My insurance: "Fluoride treatment isn't covered". Dentist: "You owe us money AFTER the fact".

  Dr and medical staff was amazing, the person who checks you out with insurance extremely rude and not helpful!
