Always busy and yet whenever I call I can speak to a human. Whoever I speak to knows my meds right away, when I go to the pharmacy the service is stellar. The people at this particular pharmacy are professional, compassionate, and helpful. This pharmacy might have shorter hours than others and it's smaller than other places but none of these factors affect my experience. I couldnt ask for more in a pharmacy. Lately the people behind the counter really are so very good at what they do.

The big issue with this pharmacy is that they close for their lunch hour, which is the same time as most people's lunch. So when you call for assistance, you can't get any. And they dont even have an option to leave a message. Once they are back to work, so am I! And they now text you just a perscription number when you have a medication ready, instead of the text just saying which medication is ready. I have told them before that this is a terrible system because no one knows what the medication is by the number they send you. And they say its so you have to download their app to figure it out. The last thing people want is to have to download another app just to figure out what medication is ready. They are making really poor decisions where customer service is concerned. But I give them 2 stars instead of 1 because they don't have an insane wait time like CVS.

Got put on hold immediately when I called. They didn't even let me reply that I would wait, they said "can you please hold?" *click* and pushed me to the fun music that everyone loves. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come back and nothing. I called back and someone different answered, they told me to hold again and I got pushed back to the music.. another 10 minutes of waiting for nobody to reply. I hung up again and called a third time. They answered and right when they said "please hold" I had to cut them off and ask how long I'd have to wait this time since I had already waited over 20 minutes. They mumbled something under their breath and gave the phone to someone else. That person then asked what I needed, I simply asked if they were available for health screenings like it says on their website, they replied with "not really... no". Then they immediately hung up. Very unprofessional staff.

It is a typical Albertson's, nicer after the recent remodeling, but with oddities such as bacon in three or four different places. The meat department us not nearly as nice at those at States Brothers. We shop here, Stater Brothers, Trader Joe's and Smart & Final.

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
