  Staff was very professional and worked quickly. I like how I was able to check in from my phone. The check in system does not work correctly. And, that is time consuming. Being able to check in from my phone saved me time and unnecessary hassle.

  Location is very convenient for me and parking is always great and cheap. Checking process very efficient and along as you have an appointment and arrive on time, you are in and out of the place in less than half an hour.

  I would recommend Quest to a friend ONLY if an appointment is secured. There was a 2 week lead time for the time/location that was best for my schedule. My results were time-sensitive so I decided to walk-in. I arrived at Quest at 7:35am, 25 minutes before opening, and was the 2nd walk-in on the waitlist for that day. The first walk-in on the waitlist was seen within 30 minutes of opening. I waited 2 hours before someone could give me a loose estimate of how much longer I might have to wait. I finally got my test at 10:30am. My tech was friendly and helpful, but I will never attempt to try a walk-in appointment again. I noticed plenty of folks came in late for their appointments, they should've been sent to the end of the line.
