  I was there with my parents. My mom doesn't speak English and had the appointment. We were there for 8am appt. There were 2 ladies and one of them screamed at us that we were crowding the place and had to wait outside in the cold. My dad is 80. We didn't want to leave my mom in there alone. But they kept screaming at us to leave her alone in the waiting area. Will not go back. Will recommend others find better place

  This Quest facility is absolutely horrible. - They lose specimens because the facility is very chaotic and the staff is very incompetent on a regular basis. - I had spent 3 hours at Quest recently as they mismanaged the entire schedule. After waiting for 7 days I was told that they have lost my specimen and the test could not be performed. I have to spend another 3 hours again at that facility and lose wages that I had spent while waiting on them to manage their logistics better - The staff are always rude and need some serious education on customer service - The facility is extremely chaotic and the wait times are huge

  Been going here for the past year. They have been pretty good until my most recent visit. My doc orders my test through the portal. They drew the wrong test. They didn’t have me verify first for what test, just the doctor who ordered the test. One tech drew my blood and the other one was doing my paperwork. I was in and out fast but I didn’t get the verify what test only my name. It’s an inconvenience to me because I have to walk in and my test is time sensitive which is why I scheduled it. I’m so annoyed.
