Upon calling customer service they refunded the shipping amount. Though the online instructions say package can be returned at any store within 30 days of order delivery, this store person did not accept my return and said GNC has changed return policies and doesn't accept in-store returns anymore. Asked me to call customer service and get a return shipping label and shop it through USPS. When I call the customer service, they ask me to pay for shipping the product back. Waste of time, energy and money. Customer service is extremely poor, store person is not knowledgeable and provides incorrect information causing inconvenience and multiple store visits and customer service calls.

The store was messy and completely unorganized — products were scattered on shelves, some items were in the wrong sections, and it honestly looked like no one had taken the time to straighten up in days. It made shopping frustrating and confusing. What bothered me even more was the lack of product knowledge from the staff. When I asked basic questions about supplements and differences between brands, the employees couldn’t give clear answers and seemed unsure about the products they were selling. For a store that specializes in health and nutrition, I expected the staff to be well-informed and helpful. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and disappointing. I left without buying anything and won’t be returning anytime soon.
