The Safeway Pharmacy does an excellent job with my prescriptions. The staff is medically knowledgeable and professional. With some pharmacies there is constantly a long wait line. I’ve never had this problem at Safeway. I highly recommend Safeway pharmacy to others.

My prescription refill was supposed to be due on Thanksgiving day so I asked the pharmacist if they can give it to me a day early and they told me no I have to wait until the next day so pretty much I have to go a day without no medicine just because they don’t wanna give it out a day early I think that’s pretty rude and my doctor was pretty That as well Be cautious of your refill dates because when it comes to holidays, they won’t let you have your medicine a day early

I was switching my prescriptions from Walgreens and I have to say I thought Walgreens was doing a poor job because they couldn’t get my prescriptions mailed on time which was slightly annoying. However switching to this pharmacy is a whole new level of irritation. I am switching directly back to Walgreens because I can deal with late prescriptions but what I cannot deal with are ignorant people. The pharmacist at this location whose name I will not try to pronounce was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the phone. How in the hell this company allowed a woman like that to be in-charge I will never understand

This Safeway must be run by a pack of wild geese. They cannot answer the phone. I have been trying to reach the store for over 80 minutes. Every time I call they put me on hold and then I get disconnected. I just got hung up on AGAIN FOR THE 5th time!!!
