  Quail Diagnostic Labs has been consistently excellent. Scheduling is easy and they always have appointments available when I need them. I’m usually in and out quickly, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient every time I visit. One of the biggest benefits for me is being able to access my previous lab results and compare them, so I can clearly track my progress and know where I stand. Overall, a reliable and well-run lab that makes the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend.

  I had my appointment at 11 and they told me that I had to wait until 12 because there was people ahead of me but I made the appointment online they then they told they where able to see me before 12 but know I have to wait until 1 and the ladies where talking to me very rude and then she went to the back and she started laughing like it's not funny not just that I can hear then taking about me to the other pashions that is very unprofessional.

  Never had a problem before. No pain, no bruises. However, this one was a painful nightmare. After not finding the vein on one arm with blood squirting out of my right arm, she moved to the left one leaving a bruise. Yes, painful and with bruises on both arms.

  Dr. Paloma is an exceptional doctor. She took the time to truly listen to me and made me feel heard and understood. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly. Her kindness and professionalism made such a difference in my experience. I’m very grateful to have her as my doctor.🤗
