  The attendant was very friendly. She saw that my veins were small and used a small needle even though it took her a little extra time to draw. I hardly felt it.

  My phlebotomy technician was very professional and thorough!! I don't like needles so she was very quick!!

  Was not greeted when I entered. When I began talking the front desk girl interrupted me and told me I couldn’t be in the building without a mask. When I replied that I was notified prior to my appointment, she replied “well there is a sign on the door” When I asked if I had any options, she Replied “well you can’t be in here w/o a mask.” When telling her I should have been advised ahead of time, an English lady interrupted me and told me I could wear a bandana. I tried explaining my situation and the English lady interrupted me again. I asked her to please let me finish talking but she bulldozed the conversation. I let them know I was disappointed (they continued to talk over me while I did). As I was leaving she made a sarcastic remark and then the front desk said “oh my god how rude!” What a poor way to treat a patient/customer.
