  Was happily surprised and so grateful for this wonderful experience with Pearl Family Dentistry.From the moment I arrived to the complete restoral of chipped tooth. If you are looking for an amazing dentist and team, I highly recommend them. Absolutely astoninshed at the gorgeous environment and level of care.

  I’ve never had issues with the back end team but the front end needs work. I’ve noticed that their scheduling is a hit or miss with appointments and communication throughout the years I’ve been with them but I brush those off, even when team members cannot answer simple questions I chalked it up to maybe they just need more training. What really showed their biggest opportunity though is when they overcharged me as they failed to update my treatment plan when the new calendar year started. This was a minor problem and mistake it would have been okay. What was not okay was the fact that I’ve been calling, emailing, and finally texting their team since February and they continued to promise to get back to me with an update and but I continuously got ghosted. I had to reach out one last time via text today because I don’t have all the time in the world to keep trying to catch the right person on the phone to help me and their response is the “refund is coming”. You expect transparency and clear communication from your patients, and we expect the same. Sadly, I will be changing providers because instead of using this as an opportunity to show commitment for good client service, you guys emphasized that the front end team is subpar.
